My introduction!

Hello everyone, welcome to my blogging world.

I am a UK national living in Yorkshire England. I am a graduate with First Class Law Degree and Masters (LLM) with distinction. Now while you reading this opening line must be thinking that why on earth I am starting a blog on health and you are too right. I promise and assure you that I am not out of my mind and have my personel reasons.

I am suffering from lower back (degenerative disk L4 -L5) and leg pains since last 10 years and been on strong medication. I also have anxiety and depression disorder and using anti-depresents from last 6 to 7 years. I have achieved these qualifications as a mature student being a father of 4 young children, while suffering with physical and mental health issues. In previous years, I had been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and cholestrol but I managed to reverse them both with some changes in my lifestyle.

Now the question arises why starting a blog? Simple answer to this is to share my personal health issues and how I am fighting back and trying to live a good quality life. The following posts will include tips for how to counter physical and mental health issues including stress, anxiety, weight loss, weight gain, sleep, excersise, diet plans, cultural remedies, and possible helpful equipments and much more.

I can assure you that in the coming blogs, most of the information and tips about countering physical and mental health issues will be based on my personal experiences.
